The following projects were based on findings from CLIR assessments.

Indonesia Financial Crimes Prevention Project (2004)
This innovative USAID program is strengthening governance in Indonesia's financial sector to improve the delivery of financial services essential for continued economic growth while increasingly denying misuse of the financial system by criminals, corrupt officials and terrorists. USAID-funded assistance has helped Indonesia to earn removal from the international Financial Action Task Force's Non-Compliant Countries and Territories List, a landmark achievement for Indonesia.

Bulgaria Commercial Law Reform Project (2003)
The commercial law assessment in Bulgaria resulted in a series of Strategic Objectives and Intermediate results for the USAID Mission. The assessment also formed the basis of this project, designed to reduce constraints on company registration, improve corporate governance, improve collateral laws, support alternative dispute resolutions, and improve the enforcement of judgments.

Armenia Commercial Law and Economic Regulation Project (2003)
This project was designed to assist with reforms of the regulatory, administrative, and other legal entities involved in the development and implementation of commercial law. It provides targeted technical assistance and advisory services to create a legal environment conducive to local enterprise growth and foreign direct investment.

Program to Strengthen the Environment for Private Sector Growth in Yugoslavia/Serbia (2001)
USAID designed this project to target resources, through legislative reform assistance and judicial training seminars, to address the inefficiencies identified through the initial assessment process.

Croatia Commercial Law Reforms Project (2000)
USAID launched this project in 2000 to address inefficiencies in court administrative procedures in the land registry and commercial court and to develop a strategy for creating the environment for establishing a collateral registry.
